*To earn Qantas Points, you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Members will earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible products in-store and online at Lotte Duty Free. To earn in-store members must present and scan their physical or digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at payment. To earn online a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname during checkout. Members can earn points on all eligible products. An eligible product is any product sold by Lotte Duty Free excluding products sold by JB Hi-Fi Concession stores, gift cards, VUSH products, tobacco and e-cigarette products. If you are unable to present your Qantas Frequent Flyer card at the time of the transaction, you will be unable to earn Qantas Points. Points will be credited to your account within 7 days of purchase and collecting your items. Membership, earning and using of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.

How do I earn Qantas Points on my transaction?
To earn Qantas Points on your transaction in-store you have to scan your physical or digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card when you’re ready to pay. You can find your digital card in the Qantas App, your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Add your card to your digital wallet or download or update your Qantas App.

Can I earn Qantas Points when paying with a Gift Card?
No, you cannot earn Qantas Points when purchasing a Gift Card or when completing payment with a Gift Card.
Can I earn Qantas Points at any Lotte Duty Free locations?
You can earn Qantas Points at the following stores in Australia only, including Melbourne Airport International, Brisbane International Airport, Brisbane Domestic 1 (Optique) and Sydney Downtown. You can also earn when shopping with Lotte Duty Free online.
Do I have to travel internationally to earn Qantas Points on purchases with Lotte Duty Free?
No, if you shop at Lotte’s Sydney Downtown store or Brisbane Domestic 1 (Optique) you are able to purchase a selection of eligible products at domestic retail prices, in which duty taxes will apply. You will earn Qantas Points on these eligible products. The eligible products and any exclusions are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Can I still earn Qantas Points on items I order online before my flight and pick up at the Airport?
Yes, you can earn Qantas Points on eligible products up to 60 days before your departure. Simply place your order online along with your flight details. Then collect your items prior to your flight at the available locations. The Qantas Points will be awarded within 7 days of collecting your item/s.

Do I need any documents or ID in order to purchase items duty free?
Yes, the Regulation states that goods shall not be sold unless the traveller first produces a ticket, or other approved travel document, to the inwards Duty-free Shop as evidence of travel. The traveller must produce an overseas ticket or boarding pass and a valid passport.
